Freestyle Music Park seeks new investors
Freestyle Music Park management have decided to close the park's business office and lay off 30 full-time staff members while the board finalises negotiations for a new investment partner.
"While park management continues to pursue negotiations with potential investors, we have limited funds and need to use those assets toward the goal of bringing new investors to the park", said Freestyle Music Park General Manager Steve Baker.
Mr Baker later mentioned that the recession was why the Russian investors are seeking additional funding.
Park management are still meeting with interested groups and are working to secure investors.
A deal is expected to be concluded within the coming days.
